Abdul Karim – Field Diagnostic Agronomist

Abdul was born and raised in Bangladesh. He attended the Bangladesh Agricultural University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (with Honours) in 2002 and a Master of Science in Agronomy in 2004. For the next five years he worked in the agricultural sector in Bangladesh before moving to Helsinki, Finland in 2009. In Finland, he attended the University of Helsinki and obtained a Master of Science in Agriculture and Forestry specializing in the area of Crop Science in 2013. During his university years he also worked as a Research Assistant in the University of Helsinki. Abdul was very much enthusiastic about using his diversified knowledge and experience for the well-being of the agricultural industry, which motivated him to move to Canada and join Emerge Ag Solutions in the spring of 2014.
