CONNECT: The Heart of the Farm

Emerge Ag Solutions is so very excited to present CONNECT! CONNECT is going to be a sub-division of our business that has a focus on Agriculture awareness, appreciation, and support for all farmers, connecting people all over the globe, and enhancing lives through agriculture. The key components of CONNECT are: Celebrate Opportunity Now with Networking, Education, Compassion, and Trust.

The overarching goals of CONNECT are to show appreciation to farmers, foster discussions around sustainability and education, help bring the farm community together through events, and provide networking opportunities. We can’t think of a better way to launch into this initiative than with a two-day event to celebrate women in farming.

CONNECT: The Heart of the Farm, A Celebration of Women in Farming is going to be a great two days of networking, education, inspiration, and relaxation. This conference will take place November 2-3, 2015, at the Radisson Hotel in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. All farm women are welcome!

We have a wonderful few days planned which will include a powerful lineup up of inspirational speakers like Shelley Jones from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture, Elaine Froese, “Canada’s Farm Whisperer;” Michele Payn-Knoper, author of “No more food fights!”; and Tamara McLellan from FineLine Solutions. We are also excited to announce our special celebrity guest speakers the Scott Brothers from the hit HGTV show, The Property Brothers.

Attendees can look forward to delicious meals, a tradeshow-style shopping experience, a fashion show, cooking demos, prizes, and plenty of meeting and mingling. This will be a wonderful chance to connect with other farm women in similar roles and walks of life.
